Policy.

Three things, all given by you: the details you enter at checkout (name, address, contact, order contents), an email address if you join the Backstage Pass or the Discovery Pack notify list, and whatever you choose to write to us. We don’t buy data, scrape profiles, or collect anything in the background.

Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify, and instalments by Mintpay where you choose them. Your card number never touches our servers — we receive only what’s needed to pack and ship the order. Shopify’s own privacy policy governs the payment step.

One functional cookie: an HTTP-only cart identifier that keeps your selection alive for a week. Your audio preference (Score on or off) is stored in your own browser. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no analytics pixels.

The Backstage Pass and the Discovery Pack notify list are separate, opt-in lists stored with our store records. We write rarely, and only when something true ships. Your address is never shared or sold, and every letter carries a way to leave the list — or write to us and we’ll remove you by hand.

The contact form composes an email in your own mail client — nothing leaves your browser until you press send, and nothing is stored on our side until your message arrives in our inbox like any other email.

Ask us what we hold about you and we’ll tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, save for records we’re legally required to keep (such as tax records of completed orders). One email is enough.

Ceymphony is operated by Ceylent Private Limited, Ja-Ela, Western Province, Sri Lanka. If this policy changes, the change appears on this page — we won’t quietly widen what we collect.
