ceymphony.com is operated by Ceylent Private Limited, Ja-Ela, Western Province, Sri Lanka. Placing an order or using this site means you accept these terms.

An order is an offer to purchase; it’s accepted when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock has run out or payment fails — and anything already paid on a declined order is refunded in full.

Prices are listed in Sri Lankan rupees and include island-wide shipping. They may change between visits; the price at the moment you place the order is the price that holds. Obvious listing errors may be corrected before dispatch, with the option to cancel in full.

Scent is personal — notes, longevity and character are described honestly and measured on real skin, but how a composition wears on yours will be your own. Descriptions are given in good faith, not as a guarantee that a fragrance will read identically on every body.

Eau de parfum is flammable and for external use only. Keep it away from heat, flame, eyes and children. If you have sensitive skin, test on a small area first. The full ingredient (INCI) list for any movement is disclosed on request.

Returns and refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Ceymphony name, wordmark, compositions, photography and the words on this site belong to Ceylent Private Limited. Don’t reproduce them commercially without asking first — we usually say yes to honest requests.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold under Sri Lankan consumer law. Beyond what the law requires, our liability is limited to the price of the order concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any dispute falls to the courts of Sri Lanka.
